Terms of Service

Welcome to Ranmali Associates Int’l (Pvt) Ltd. By enrolling in our courses or using our website and hybrid learning platforms, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Admission: Enrollment is subject to the submission of accurate personal information and the payment of the required registration or course fees.
• Pre-requisites: As per our policy, most NVQ Level 4 courses are open to beginners (N/A pre-requisites), but students must meet the minimum age and educational requirements set by the TVEC of Sri Lanka.

2. Fees & Payments

• Course Fees: All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
• Installments: If opting for an installment plan, payments must be made by the [Insert Date, e.g., 5th] of each month.
• Refunds: Course fees are generally non-refundable once the term has commenced, except under extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of Management.

3. Student Conduct & Attendance

• Code of Conduct: Students must adhere to the Student Code of Conduct, maintaining a "spirit of care" and professional artistry.
• Attendance: A minimum attendance of [Insert %, e.g., 80%] is required to qualify for the NVQ Level 4 final assessment and On-the-Job Training (OJT).

4. Intellectual Property

• Course Materials: All training manuals, videos, and digital content provided through our Hybrid Learning platform are the intellectual property of Ranmali Associates Int’l.
• Restrictions: You may not record lectures, copy materials, or redistribute content to third parties without written consent.

5. Liability & Safety

• Practical Sessions: While we adhere to ISO 9001:2015 safety standards, the Academy is not liable for minor injuries or reactions resulting from the use of cosmetic products during training, provided all safety protocols were followed.
• Personal Property: The Academy is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings on campus.

6. Hybrid Learning & Website Use

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your student login credentials.
• Service Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary interruptions of the online portal due to maintenance or external server issues.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment without a refund for serious breaches of the Student Code of Conduct, academic dishonesty, or non-payment of fees.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
